Baza Project Details
Baza Car Wash and Detailing Club located in Al-Qouz Industrial Area 3 Dubai, is designed by BMI Interiors. The project was completed in 2 months in which very deep planning was made by our designers and team members. This commercial project includes a massive car wash area and a separate booth for detailing services for every luxury car. This was one of the unique projects in which we designed a salon, kids playing area, gaming facilities, a big TV lounge, guest sitting area, coffee shop with dining and office space for management. All these amenities are designed to engage customers on the requirements of our respected client. The purpose of these entertainment activities are attractive part that can attract customers who come for car services and enjoy their waiting hours. BMI served this project on epoxy flooring with brand stickers, car wash equipment installation, AC ducting for centralized air conditioning, fire and safety system installation, integrated technology such as bio-metric entry, CCTV camera installation. We designed inspirational entryways.

BMI executed inspirational design for Villa renovation services in Dubai Jumeirah golf club which is 4 BHK residential space. This project is fulfill complete satisfaction of our client and we have put all our expertise and project management skills. Our Services included: Replacing floor tiles of Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Corridors, Stores, 4 Bedrooms, Floor & Wall tiles of 5 Bathrooms. Removal from 5 Bathrooms the Existing WCs, Washbasins, Mirrors, Showers and all the Existing Fittings & Accessories. Installation in 5 Bathrooms WCs, Mirrors, Showers, Water mixers, Faucets and necessary fittings and accessories as per requirement. Demolish of Existing Wall in Master Bathroom. Installation of Glass wall Partition in Master Bathroom as per requirement. Surface Leveling and Waterproofing in 5 Bathrooms as per requirement. Removal of Stairs Hand Railings. Supply and Installation of New Stairs Hand Railings with Glass as per requirement. Removal of all Doors and fix new doors with modern styles. New Paint on Doors as per requirement (Paint to be selected by client). Walls Surface Leveling with plaster and necessary matierls as per requirement. BMI Interior is experienced in creating Car Wash space or turning a core and shell warehouse into a Car detailing workshop.
